Where is your furniture made?
Our furniture comes from all around the world. Our parent company has procurement and quality control offices in 13 different countries and so we make the products wherever we feel we will obtain the every best quality and style at a great value price. For specific items please ask.

Who designs your furniture?
Our furniture is designed by either our in house team or our UK designer – Kurt Truman. Our in house range team is made up of two Danish designers and a Dutch technologist who work together to develop great design and looks at great value prices.

Is the furniture good quality?
As with anything – the level of quality will depend on what the products are made from and where/how they are made. Our products are built according to a very detailed specification and our new product development team put a huge amount in to getting the quality right. And as every shipment is checked by our own quality control team we can guarantee great quality in every product. Quality cannot be inspected in to a piece of furniture, it has to be in there from the start!

Do you have a shop or showroom?
We do not have a retail outlet but our trade showroom is indeed available to the public to enable you to come and view the products and try them out! Contact us on customer-care@loma-living.com

Do you offer trade discount?

Do you provide fabric samples?
Yes – for all of our upholstery items we can provide a selection of the fabrics that the products are available in. Please contact us at customersupport@loma-living.com

How can I order?
You can place your order by selecting your products and adding them to the basket before proceeding to checkout on the Loma-Living.com website

How can I pay?
We offer payments via the PayPal payment gateway – you can use both your credit/debit card or your PayPal account to checkout and pay.

Are my bank details safe with you?
We do not store any personal payment information or bank details – this is all held remotely by PayPal.

Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes – please request an additional invoice if the one provided does not meet your requirements.

Can I get VAT refund?
This is something you will need to take up with your accountant once you have received your Vat invoice from us.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?
As our orders are processed within a 24 hour period it can sometimes be tricky to get orders changed as they may have already been processed. We will however do all we can to help if at all possible – even if it means returning an order (at buyers expense) and getting a new one shipped.

I would like to cancel my order. What should I do?
Please contact us within a 14 day period from placing your order in accordance with your statutory rights.

Can my order be sped up once I’ve ordered?
We can try to push things through quickly where needed, but often goods will be shipped on a next day service!

How does delivery work?
We use 4 main couriers to dispatch your goods and once we have processed your order we allocate which courier will deliver the goods based on the size, weight and location (we have 2 warehouses) of the product. The couriers will then usually notify you of the day they will deliver to your home. The goods are delivered to your door but not unpacked or assembled. We shall always seek to provide you with the name of your courier and a consignment number to enable you to track your goods.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery from our warehouse to your home are free, however any returns need to be made at the customer’s expense.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we can deliver internationally but we will need to quote on an individual basis so please contact us on customer-care@loma-living.com for a quote.

When will my order arrive?
We shall send you an email once your goods are dispatch with an anticipated delivery date and also a consignment number to enable you to track your delivery.

Do you assemble the furniture when you deliver?
Unfortunately not – most of our products (unless specified) are already assembled so usually will just require unpacking and handles fixing in place. Assembly instructions are always provided inside the box.

How would I contact the delivery company?
We shall provide a number or website when we notify you the goods have been shipped – you can use these details, along with your consignment number to contact the delivery company. Alternatively please contact us on customer-care@loma-living.com or 0345 340 5063

If I order several items will they be delivered at the same time?
Usually yes – however it depends which warehouse your goods are stored at (we have 2 warehouses). If you do not receive all your goods at once then please do not worry – the tracking details will keep you posted as to where and when the rest of your items will arrive.

My product has arrived by it’s not what I expected. Can I return it?
Yes, absolutely. All we ask is that you keep all the packaging and re-box the product as it arrived and return it to us at our returns warehouse below. Once we have received the item we shall check it and if it is as it was when it was sent out we shall refund you in full.

My product arrived damaged can I change it?
Yes – absolutely. We carry many spare parts so ideally we’d like to identify which part it is from the assembly instruction list – or perhaps a photo. We will then send out the replacement part on a next day service. If the whole item needs changing then we shall arrange collection and replacement for you – just contact us on customer-care@loma-living.com or 0345 340 5063

How long will my refund take?
We shall refund your payment as soon as we have inspected the returned item or discussed the situation over the phone/email with you. In many cases it will show immediately but sometimes the card companies can take a few working days for it to show in your account.
